As Director & CEO, Schalk is focused on building omnisure for the long term – developing our people, strengthening our culture and creating an environment where the team can do their best work for our clients. Having grown through the business from broker to director and now CEO, he brings a deep understanding of insurance, leadership and what it takes to build a strong, sustainable advisory firm.

While Schalk remains passionate about exceptional client outcomes, much of his focus today is on supporting the omnisure team, developing future leaders, strengthening strategic partnerships and driving the continued growth and evolution of the business.

Outside omnisure, Schalk’s greatest priority is his family. He and his wife Emily have five children, so life at home is full, busy and rarely quiet. He loves spending time together as a family, sharing meals, getting outdoors and being involved in their local community. Family, service and living by strong values are central to Schalk’s life and shape the way he approaches both leadership and relationships.
